For all intermediate level sailors and beginners preparing for the next steps.

Getting into the harness, getting the feet into the footstraps and the most important bit, the stance when planing powered up, both upwind and off the wind. We will cover the importance of commitment when sailing overpowered and how to keep the board planing when the wind drops.

At first we will be using the simulator on land and if its windy we will be putting it into practise on the water with video recording.
