speeds.
Speeds must be peak speeds verified using a GPS device
(ie. Garmin)
and witnessed by a fellow TWC member, so no Porky Pies please.
Once we have a few verified
speeds, TWC intend to form a league table.
If it proves popular enough, maybe we could dig deep for a prize giving at the
AGM?
